Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born November 24, 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a presidential candidate for the US Senate and a TV presenter for MSNBC. She was also frequently a contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill's Rising, along with Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have announced in May 2021 that they'd leave the show to begin their own venture, Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast with Kyle Kulinski. She has made guest appearances on various networks, including CNN, CNBC, Fox News as well as programs like Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball got married to Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball attributes her increased political interest to the fact that she was the mother of 2008's primary elections. In addition, she viewed the US elections while living in Jordan. She was able observe how the outcome affected people living in Jordan and gained an appreciation of the worldwide impact US politics has on all people in the world. She was a Senior Fellow at the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district during the 2010 election, losing to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. From June 2012 to July 2015, she hosted of The Cycle on MSNBC. She co-hosted The Cycle, a show on MSNBC, from June 2012 until July 2015.
